To give you a few less things to pack for your trip, we include: 1) clean sheets for the Master Bedroom; 2) basic set of pots and pans; 3) set of eight (8) plates and glasses; 4) basic cleaning supplies; and 5) RV toilet paper. And yes, RV’s do require special toilet paper. Please bring your own plastic silverware and if you don’t want to do dishes, please bring paper plates. |

Yes, you will need special insurance, but it’s included in your rental. That way, you have the insurance you need and can spend your time planning a great vacation, not on the phone with your insurance agent. You’ll identify the drivers on your rental application. We’ll take it from there. |

No. Your regular driver’s license is all you need. No special license is required. |

No, driving a Class A Motor Home isn’t difficult, it’s just different. You’ll find that the controls are familiar, provided by Ford or Chevy. There will be tilt steering, cruise control, gasoline engine, and an automatic transmission. Click here for information about driving a Motor Home. |

Our current RV pickup location is at Hutton’s RV* in Urbana, IA. You can request a different pickup location on your Rental Application and we’ll include that in your quote. *We are not affiliated with Hutton’s RV so please do not call them with questions about RV rental. |

Where will I pickup & drop off the RV? |
|
There are regular 110 volt outlets available when the RV is connected to a shore line or when the generator is in use. So no adapter is needed. |

Are there regular outlets in RV’s or do I need to buy an adapter? |
|
We offer standard RV pickup and drop off Monday through Friday with drop off times in the morning and pickup times in the afternoon. You can request the specific times you want on your rental application. |

What are your pickup and drop off times? |
|
There is no minimum number of days to rent, but since we only offer pick-up and drop-off Monday through Friday, weekend rentals are effectively a minimum of three (3) days. |

Is there a minimum number of days I have to rent the RV? |
|
On your rental application, you will indicate the estimated number of miles you will travel on your trip. This number of miles will be included in the quote we provide. If you exceed the estimated miles by more than 10%, you will be charged for the extra miles upon your return. |

Do I get unlimited mileage for my rental? |
|
On a standard rental, you will need to: 1) refill the gas tank; 2) refill the propane tank if you use the generator; 3) dump the holding tank; and 4) clean the vehicle inside & outside. On a premium rental, you will need to: 1) refill the gas tank. The other tasks will be taken of for you. Your quote will include both the standard and premium rental prices. If you choose the standard rental, we will walk you through the other tasks. |

What do I need to do before I return the RV? |
|
Our premium rental includes several tasks that you would perform yourself on the standard rental: 1) refilling the propane tank if you used the generator; 2) dumping the holding tank; and 3) cleaning the vehicle inside & outside. You will still need to refill the gas tank. |

What’s included in your premium rental that isn’t in your standard rental? |
|
Yes, absolutely. When you pickup the RV, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know. We’ll even go on a brief test drive with you. You’ll also find a list of instructions in the RV in case you need to remember how to do something. And you’re also welcome to call us during your rental for assistance. |
